Can anyone recommend the best indigestion prouduct for heart burn? It's at the point were I have it everyday all the time it's actually making it hard for me to breath sometimes and literally my throats feels like it's on fire yuckest feeling!

I have prescription Zantac and it does not work for me at all . My diet has zero to do with it as I'm a registered dietitian and I'm healthy but my doctor did approve these and they literally take away heartburn in under a minute .

Instead of reaching for a pill, try modifying your diet and the amount you eat at once first. Small healthy meals of protein and complex carbs every 2 to 3 hours with plenty of water in between but not during meals. Walk after every meal when you can. Stay upright after eating for 2 hours. Papapya enzyme supplement is good too.
