TTC after the Pill

I'm 20 and I stopped taking the pill about 6 weeks ago and has been trying to TTC sense. I got my af a few days after the I stopped the pill Now my af is 2+ weeks late and I have no sign of it. I've Taken a bunch of tests and went to the doctors one test was a vvfl and everything else way negative. How long did it take for your af to come back?
