Crazy hunger

Hey, I'm no more than 9+2 weeks, haven't had scan yet, not really had any symptoms but I get this insane hunger. I've just eaten a huge plate of spaghetti bolognese and now my tummy is ravenous and gurgly and wanting more. I get like this st least a few times a week. Is anyone else the same? I love food but this is a deep hunger I've never experienced before! It's so odd. Xx
