losing my patience with my toddler

:( I'm typically pretty patient with him but the past 2 days I just can't handle his messes, clinginess and whining! I feel terrible :( I've not been a good mommy these past 2 days :( He feels it too because he keeps coming to me with this helples look. Anyone else struggling with pregnancy and toddler? I'm just so tired and uncomfortable these days.
