PCOS and trying for second baby!

I got pregnant with my daughter five years ago with assisted fertility (at the time it didn't feel assisted) now we are triying for our second, currently on a second round of clomid. But the more I read about PCOS it seems almost imposble to get pregnant. My question is... Any of you have PCOS and had a baby. How long did it take you to get pregnant with your second and what worked for you????
