Positive test, cramping, spotting, ttc baby #2

Expected period today. Took a digital test this morning came back not pregnant and had some blood when I wiped then had light brown spotting and cramping through out the day. Took this test when I got home from work. Looks positive, still having cramping and some brown spotting. Had light spotting with my 1st baby (my son will he 3 in July) around 4-5 weeks. Does this sound like the same?

EDIT: This test is similar to what my test with our first son looked like.
