confuesed but hoping 😑🙂

so i took a test on saturday and it was positive then i took another one on sunday (it wasn't first urine) it came back negative then again on monday(not first urine) and negative again, but i'm feeling so pregnant and it's not just in my head i feel so sick i have a bad headache which i never get and i'm bloated and the veins on my boobs are so strong you can see them so bad (not normal for me) i'm so confused according to the apps i'm 4 weeks today and i'm hoping it sticks please help 😞
