What could this be? It's on my inner thigh and it's been there for months. I know it isn't an std because I'm pregnant and get checked. I'm married and we are both clean. Any ideas ?

Looks like a boil to me. Staph usually has a huge red ring around it from what I've seen. I'd go see a Dr anyway since you are pregnant.

It looks like a staph infection, especially if there was a hard center in it. I get these sometimes in the same spot. Just cover with a clean band aid and antibiotic cream. Replace the band aid and neosporin daily until it's healed. They will come back since its probably staph but they are easy to deal with. Nothing to worry about unless the sore doesn't heal within a few days to a week.

Could be a hair follicle (ingrown hair) my fiancé gets them all the time. Most recently he had to get it cut open to let the puss out and the doctor gave him antibiotics.

It makes me think of a boil. Any kind of friction can cause it. Whether skin to skin or some sort of fabric to skin contact. I've actually got them from wearing a bra that didn't fit right. They're basically like a giant zit. Take a bath cloth and get the water as warm as you can stand it. Then apply. It will not only make it easier to drain, but it will also soothe it.

If it's mersa or staph you need to go to the doctor because it's contagious. Whatever it is it looks infected so you'll need an antibiotic/cream probably

See your doctor, it might be staph which is not good to have especially pregnant. Staph CAN be fatal. I've had it twice and I was fine but my ex had it in his hand and it spread all up his arm to his shoulder and he BARELY made it to the hospital in time he was literally minutes from death. So get yourself checked just in case. Plus it could really be anything. Hope all is well. Not trying to scare you but I do want you to be healthy!
