naming baby after tv shows!?

Our baby girl is due July 30th, annd we have been calling her Maisie Rainn. my partner and I are both mildly nerdy, we play a lot of video games together and our babes name comes from our favorite shows. we chose Maisie after Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones, and Rainn after Rainn Wilson who plays Dwight Schrute on The Office US. my family thinks this is silly, and of course i know shes our babe and we can name her as we please.. though im still afraid of disappointing anyone! what are your thoughts!?

My husbands last name is Keller. And if i have a boy, i want his second name to be Jackson Keller, like Jackson Teller from SOA😁

Our daughter's name is Ripley after Ellen Ripley (Alien). We go with pop culture influences/references and we wanted a badass heroine for her name sake. Our boy name was Harrison Indiana and we would have called him Indy.

Well if we were having a boy I wanted to name him Harrison or Harry as I am a huge Potterhead, but my husband didn't like it. Plus it's a girl anyway lol. We did discuss Lily at  one point but decided against that too.

I a niece named Arya after Arya Stark and a cousin named Trinity after Trinity from The Matrix. I say, have at it! Nothing to be shamed of and definitely doesn't sound like one your baby will regret. If anything, it's a great conversation piece! I like the name. 😊
