Im 21 weeks and having brown blood discharge. Had cervix and us all showing things are fine. Anyone else have the same?

Im super worried its the start or something but the doctors dont seem concerned. Insight?

If you just had your cervix checked it's super common for bleeding to happen. I carried my little man (now 6 months) super low and had a very active life and strenuous job, I had quite a few instances of light bleeding or spotting and it freaked me out but my doctor never seem worried and I had an awesome problem free delivery at 39 weeks :)
