advice needed !

So I took three pregnancy tests two weeks ago . All positive but I took one a day ago and was negative spoke to my gp and my midwife and I've got a early dating scan Tuesday .. I'm worried something wrong or maybe I'm not pregnant tho because I've had two negatives since I had the positives . I've had no bleeding and symptoms of pregnancy are getting stronger and my boobs have changed massively .. I've got lots of milk spots I think they call them on both boobs veins are a little more obvious I keep having odd cramps n stuff .. just need some advice 🙈🙈
