crossing off things on will with black marker
So a friend of the family (70 years old) passed away. He didn't have any kids, just two god sons and my husband. Well the godsons took all paperwork from the mans house and nobody really got to look over it. Well now they are claiming they found an updated will and things are blacked out with a sharpie so they can't read what is said. The man that passed always said things would be split three way. Doesn't this sound shady? If my husband truly wasn't left anything that is perfectly fine but this whol situation seems weird. The two other boys father told my husband he was on the Will but when my husband brought it up again he said he doesn't remember what he wanted to say🤔 it is what it is but this all sounds shady doesn't it?
