My doctor told me today that when I am 37 weeks that he would strip my membrane to see if I go into labor on my own so I was to know what you think help bring on the labor once the doctor strip your membrane

My friend had that done and she went into labor two days later and had her baby boy.  So it worked for her lol

Membrane stripping works for one in eight people.

That's very early for a sweep and there's really no reason for it at that point. Make sure your doctor is aware of the definition change of a term pregnancy. 37 weeks is early term and complications rise after 42 weeks. Let your body do what it's meant to and let your baby choose its birthday.
