cysts on ovaries

So went to the hospital today because my right side was hurting a lot only things wrong with me they found were my liver enzymes were elevated and that I had cysts on my ovaries they did a pelvic exam and nothing was wrong. My question though will these cysts prevent me or make it harder for me to get pregnant? The doctor didn't look concerned about anything after the pelvic exam
