How likely do you think it is I could get pregnant?

I have been on birth control. My husband got back from deployment last week and we you know had some homecoming fun and didn't take extra precautions. I got sick the following day and wasn't able to take my pill. How concerned do you think I should be about getting pregnant? How possible could it be with missing the pill the day after we had sex?
