maternity leave and pay -U.K. ladies
I'm nearly 17 weeks and my employer has asked when I'm starting leave.. when and who do I get the mat form from? Do I have to book a doctors appointment? My next midwife appointment is at 25 weeks which apparently is too late?! So confused!
