girl ???

Is this definitely a girl? 12 week ultrasound. We would love a boy so I am still hoping!! From what I've seen and read the white line which I'm assuming is the nub is flat which means girl.

You're only 12 weeks. It's still way too soon. Wait till 20 weeks for a more accurate guess. Also, I get that you want a boy, but think of the possibility of having a girl, that way you don't end up with gender disappointment. Try not to hope too much for one or the other, because really, there isn't anything you can do about it. You're stuck with whatever gender you get.

Also, congrats on your baby 👶🏻 (and please don't take anything I said negatively. I just feel bad for the mommas that get disappointed when they don't get the gender they were hoping for, and then they start feeling bad/guilty for feeling disappointed.)

The genitals aren't even done forming at 12 weeks. And you can't really tell with these shots. A between the legs shot is how you'll really be able to tell.

12 weeks is really too early to tell, the genitals are still developing. I wouldn't make any assumptions until your at least 16weeks and the tech/doctor tells you whats down there. At 12weeks we were told 80/20 its a boy, and I had a girl.
