my boyfriend going to break up with me cuz I'm sick ?

So this week is my finals week for college and I got really sick this week with a bad cold. I've felt horrible this entire week well managing to take all my finals and finish all my projects. My boyfriend keeps asking me to hangout and I told him no because I have to study and because I'm really sick. I still live with my parents and my mom doesn't want my boyfriend coming over when I'm sick because she said I need to rest for finals and get better. I haven't seen him in a week and I told him I would try and see him today but I feel too sick. He said that he's really hurt by me because I keep saying I'll hangout with him but then I get more sick. He said he thinks I'm exaggerating my sickness and he doesn't think I'm actually this sick. He said he's thinking of breaking up with me because I won't see him but it's because I'm sick !!! Like what the hell I don't get it idk what to do
