depression being made worse

I had depression before getting pregnant but lately it's gotten worse. My mom has a rare type of cancer and her symptoms are getting worse, then two weeks ago my grandmother was diagnosed with stage 4 non small cell lung cancer, and I don't have a job. I posted on Facebook asking for places hiring so I can apply at even more places (I apply at 5 or more a day) and said I was feeling useless in my relationship because I didn't have a job. My mother in law's friend commented and basically told me I was gonna be an awful mother because we only have one income (fiancée makes $18 an hour with overtime every other week). She doesn't even have a job. Well today my fiancée told me I needed to take a job regardless of it was doing something my Ob restricted due to me being high risk. I'm at my wits end, I was told I would never have kids and here I am 11 weeks pregnant, and now I'm wishing I would just disappear.
