Cramping after messing up bc cycle
Accidentally took out my nuvaring a week early(3 weeks) then the next month left it in an extra week (5 weeks) to correct it & a previous engagement.
Since then, all this month, I've been getting what feels like light to average period cramps pretty much daily. Is this normal?
