dream feed?

Do you dreamfeed your baby? I'm not sure how to go about it. My girl goes to sleep at like 8 I got to bed at 9:30. It doesn't seem like enough of a difference to wake her up and feed her. Should I still do it?

What is dreamfeed? Never heard of it

I've tried a few times and I always wake her up. She then stays up a couple hours so I don't get to go to sleep. Didn't work for us.

Don't know what dreamfeed is but you only wake the baby up during their first 2 weeks of life, when they need to gain their weight back.
