Laying on your belly?

Can you lay on your belly or will it affect the baby in some way???

You can lay on your stomach until it's no longer comfortable. Baby is nice and safe in there 😊

Just shy of 22wks here and I can't seem to comfortably lay on my belly anymore, I thought it would be a lot harder adjusting as I was typically a stomach sleeper, but somehow the body just accommodates and finds other comforable sleeping positions. I find myself on my side-ALMOST-stomach a lot, but with my leg/knee pulled up for support. Tucking a blanket around your middle helps too for support if you don't have a maternity pillow

Im 28 weeks, and I still lay on my belly! If it gets uncomfortable, I just prop and leg up!
