My doctor gave me the green light to start baby oatmeal or rice cereal to get baby use to the texture of food. My daughter is 4 months. She said no fruits/veggie purees until 6 months tho. I don't feel comfortable giving her baby oatmeal or rice cereal yet and will probably start that at 5 and a half months. When I do, which is better? Baby oatmeal or rice cereal?
