Advice needed?

So this month I decided to use opk to make sure I was ovulating (which I am and glow is correct to the day). So the day before I got my positive test for ovulating, I had a massive ache on one side of my lower abdomen (which I assumed was ovulation??) Then the next day, I was just generally a bit achey like a dull cramp but had my positive ovulation test (yay!). This was yesterday and last night obv BD'd 😎 like we have been most days and it hurt like hell. I went through with it because I wanted the sperm 😄 but had to tell my husband to be gentle haha! Now today, I don't have any cramps or ache but I have a pink tinge to my cm.

I may be over thinking it and maybe we've just been BDing too hard?? Anyone else know what it would be? I'm not googling because it will tell me all sorts of sinister things!
