very worried and upset! please help!

I had my hsg last month. Everything showed normal. I ovulated cycle day 16 and got my period late and started out spotting for a few days. I never used to spot and i would get my period at 14dpo with full force never spotting. Well this month i got a positive opk at cycle day 11 (very early for me!) and now im 11dpo with bright red medium spotting while cramping. What the hell is going on with me!!! Is this even a period or what!
