Sore breast relief..?

So this might sound strange .. But has anyone put cabbage in their bras to help with the pain of sore breasts ?? I am 5 wks 1 day and they hurt SO BAD. A friend of mine told me she did that with her last pregnancy ... Has anyone done this? Lol I'm a little skeptical about stuffing some cabbage in my bra 😂

Loads of people do this after they've given birth, if you put the cabbage leaf in the freezer it's apparently great relief durin breast feeding when your boobs are very tender. Why not try it during pregnancy if you're that sore

I've done it when I got sore breast feeding. It seriously helps!! My moms a maternity nurse, she's the one that told me to do it.
