pregnant?

So I've been trying to get pregnant, but I've really had no signs of pregnancy aside from nausea(no vomiting) and spotting, I have ALWAYS had very regular periods, every months since I was 10. I spotted about 2 days in a row after conception, and now it was a day before my tracked period and I spotted then as well too, but now I'm on my period the day after that spotting occurred, could I still be pregnant?Help!
