Anyone familiar with Cold knife cone biopsy.

I found out last week after a abnormal pap & a biopsy that detected signs of high grade cell changes (precancerous) present in & around my cervix.  I'll be 28 weeks next week when I go under & am extremely worried about how this procedure may harm my pregnancy & chances of conceiving again.  My doctor said that they will be monitoring the baby during the procedure.  I can use some feed back from anyone who may have had this done while pregnant. Please!!
