I'm freaking out right now

I had sex nine days ago. We use condoms and I'm on Nexplanon. Just now I used the restroom and I had light pink when I wiped and I'm so so scared that it's implantation bleeding. I'm really really freaking out. I'm so scared I feel sick. Please please help. I also had sex yesterday morning and we didn't do enough foreplay so it burned a lot. Could it be from that? Please please help. I'm so scared.
