My first pregnancy!

This is my very first baby and I am so excited but also very scared!! I've been having really bad stomach pains for about a week or two now and they just come and go when they want to and I'm not sure if they're serious or just cramps and I freaked myself out by looking up symptoms and something about an ectopic pregnancy came up and I have my first OB appointment next week and I just need a piece of mind because I am freaking myself out😩😩 and I'm not sure if I should be freaking out or if it's just normal
