I just found out it's going to cost me $1100 to get to my sisters wedding. I still have to buy a bridesmaids dress, shoes, rent a hotel out there, take time off work, and pay for food while I'm gone and pay someone to watch or board my kitten so it'll be way more than $1100. My husband has already said he can't come with because we can't afford to double that (he's military we don't make much) and we are trying to get preapproved for a house. We were told to pay off our $3000 in debt and they would preapprove us. We have been dying for this house! But I have to go to the wedding I'm the matron of honor (for the second time for the same sister it's her second wedding) I'm freaking out. Is that too expensive for a wedding travel cost? Do destination weddings always cost that much! It's not even somewhere I want to go! It's in Indiana, not even somewhere like Hawaii! Ugh my side of the family spends so much money like it grows on trees that they don't understand some of us have little money even though we work had for it😔😔😔
