Bebe Confort Easia Carrier - any reviews?

Hi, we were given a Bebe Confort Easia baby carrier and I was wondering if anyone had any experience of it and could give me any feedback on it.

I have heard that if the baby's legs hang straight down its not good for their hips and I can't tell if this will happen with this carrier. From the website it looks like it may.
