Work causing a lot of stress
So I need people's opinions.
I've been at the same job (same clients) for going on 7 years. (I'm a in home CNA)
As of last year their daughter moved in to help with over night care as the kids didn't want them home alone anymore. So I come in the morning per usual, and do my thing.
Well the daughter has become more and more controlling over everything. Things that have been the same/worked fine for 7 years, all the sudden she wants to change ( honestly make them more difficult).
A few examples of things she does;
-I change the bed once a week, and she goes back and re makes the bed (I know because I'm the one whom made it, so I know how I left it)
- she rearranges the silverware/dishes in the dishwasher.
-writes little notes down in our log book (that I asked to have started. As their is a weekend women, who doesn't exercise the lady, which causes for her to be lazy durning the week)
-she tells me it's ok that the weekend women doesn't exercise her because "she cleans a lot" and that "helps her out" (however I go one day without exercises her and she gives me this huge talk, on top of texting me a bunch about it )
All this said... I think I'm guna quit. It's been so stressful/hurtful and simply to much for me right now. I'm 28w3d. And last week my
Typically crazy very active little girl wasn't moving at all. Clearly due to the stress I was under due to it all.
What do you all think? Is it worth hold out till the baby comes? Or should I quit, because it's too much stress?
