I'm not a doctor but it looks like your uterus has tried to shred all at once! Research about 'decidual cast' as this could explain it. Decidual casts normally appear during pregnancy I believe, however increased levels of progesterone caused by birth control can cause it as far as I know.

Definitely go to the doctors as they will be able to tell you exactly what it is, why it happened and how they can help you. It's better to know what's wrong and if there's any concerns!
