Your experience w/ this tool or others like it?

Hi everyone! I'm 12 weeks on Monday & just ordered this after hearing my baby's heartbeat at my last appt. I knew I wanted to be able to check it every now & then. Was wondering if any of you had good experiences with this monitor or others like it? Please comment! All the reviews on amazon were over the top great so I'm hoping I'll love it 😊 thank you in advance!

I have a similar one and I like it but two things to keep in mind: 1. You may not be able to consistently find the heart beat until the second trimester, so keep that in mind because I freaked myself out before,  2. The heart rate isn't always accurate, especially if it's not strong sounding, so you may need to count it yourself, which isn't a big deal to me. Overall I'm glad I have it though.

I had one and made the mistake of using it too early (around 12weeks) and I couldn't find the heartbeat and it freaked the shit out of me to the point I went to the ER. I would hold off until you're further along to try it.

I have the sonoline b, looks to be similar to this one. I love it. I got it at 14w and yes i had some issues trying to find my sons hb, still takes me a couple mins at 26w lol, but overall its good!

I bought one for my third pregnancy, and when I was able to find his heartbeat it worked fine! Nothing wrong with the monitor or him, he just didn't like to be found. Good Luck!
