am I wrong?

Husband told me a friend of his asked him if he could stay with us. He said the guy he was renting a room from wants him out and he has no where to go.. I really don't want him or anybody to stay with us. I'm 28 weeks and want to start clearing up the spare room ( it's still full with wedding gifts dishes and stuff) and decorating babies room and start getting ready for baby's arrival.  He's a nice guy and all but he smokes a lot of weed ( I don't have a thing against smokers my husband would smoke a little bit like once a couple of months or so ) but my husband stopped a while a go and I feel like that might temp him to smoke again.  And I feel like he's friend is just irresponsible. He's been fired from including my husband got him a job at his work and he never showed up plus I'm sure his getting kicked out of his place for a reason. And he owe us money not a lot but 100 dollars is a 100 dollars and when you've been tight on money it's a help. He had said he didn't have money for food. And would give it back in a couple of weeks it's been like 3 months. Whatever. But Also when my husband needed a place to stay at a couple of years ago he let him stay on his couch when he had an apartment. So I just don't know what do you guys think.?
