Late?!

Question

I got a uti at the beginning of my fertile week last month which turned into a kidney infection so obviously we didn't bd that week and I couldn't pinpoint what day I O'd because of everything and the meds, but glow said Saturday and it's usually right. I have a 31 day cycle and I'm never late. I was supposed to start on the 10th and I still haven't. I marked that my period was late on the 10th and it moved it back to the 12th. I'm really conflicted on what to do. Here is my calendar.

If you were ill, I feel your body could have delayed ovulation, so your period would also be late. I'm ill now & no idea if I ovulated on time, had no surge etc, feel like it might be delayed, so I will have the same problem at the end of the month. Good luck xx
