Can anyone shed any light?

Im 38+1 today and have been having period like cramps for past couple days and lots of BH, all day every day, lots of pressure down below, baby is 3/5 engaged. Starting about an hour ago I got this funny feeling in just my RIGHT arm, from like the elbow down, like a numbness/pins and needles... It's very mild but just a weird feeling.. I know what carpal tunnel is but I don't think it's that :-/ my step mum had it had when she was pregnant and it was just near the end.. My blood pressure is fine, midwife checked 2 days ago. What could it be? It's not painful or anything, just sorta, "there" if you know what I mean. Thanks!
