how to swim suit shop while growing

How does one swim suit shop while your tummy grows each day? I'm 11 weeks, and getting the teeniest tiniest belly. Problem is, each week, it'll be bigger, so how do I get a swim suit that works!? (I was preferring to get a one piece)
