confused 😖😩 help !

Well my period is 2 days late now , I have been nauseous, boobs super sore , change in appetite , moody , idk what it is then an old person held my hand at work yesterday and said your hand feels very warm , then asked to check my heart beat and I said yes , then they said your heart beat is fast and short , then looked at me and asked if I was pregnant? What can this mean ?
