So my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex since December in hopes that we might add to our family soon... it's May and I just started my period again. 😞 I've been keeping up with when I'm ovulating through this app and making sure we do the baby dance a few times through out that week.

We are starting to worry that it might not happen. Any words of advice on what we should do?

Don't panic (I know easier said than done right!) if your over 35 just pop along to the docs at the 6 month mark and explain the situ, if ur younger wait a year. In can take healthy couples a year if not a bit longer to conceive 😘
You can try pre natal vitamins, partner to cut out caffeine and keep cool down there, pre seed or conceive plus lube. BD every other day and just try and have fun and don't make it a chore. My man has moderate/serve oligospermia and we have been given a 5 % chance of conceiving naturally and in August I will be referred for IVF but you know what, we did it this month...even though it was a chemical and 4 days after these tests I lost baby we can do it.
I have gone through every emotion in these near 10 months TTC and believe me don't let it get you down, let it make you more determined 😘❤️
