I see alot of posts about how us young girls shouldn't be using the app for sex and posting about our prom and social matters..
Ive been using glow and eve since i was 11 and not just for sex (and no, I wasn't having sex at 11). My mom also knows and uses it as well. I track my period which i send to my doc via the app, and to ask questions to the women on here. I think that this is a safe haven for us young girls where we can be comfortable to ask questions that we might not ask our parents, my best friend and I met using this app 4 years ago, I've gotten great information on sex, birth control, what to do for my irregular period, i was able to talk about how to deal with family matters and much more. Im pretty sure everyone with a damn period uses the app, it's literally the main thing it deals with. It makes me so upset that some of you feel the way you feel when all we're trying to do is get help in a safe environment. Alot of us don't have sex ed, some girls homeschool or go to a religious school so they can't really ask anyone. Teenagers have sex, it is what it is, you can't stop or stifle it because we'll just sneak and then not do the safe thing. I appreciate the women on here that not only help but support the younger girls on here, I appreciate the women's honesty and how you lift each other up. This community has taught me so much and over half of what I learned is from here. I've had fun on posts and I have been heard on my opinion without getting bashed (too harshly) so i just wanna say thank you to you all and to the creators of Eve and Glow ❤️❤️❤️
