what to eat before labor

Any suggestions on what to eat before or while at hospital for labor and delivery I don't want to eat much Cs I don't want to poop on my baby while pushing😂 I also don't want to starve though

You want to eat something with protein, but keep in mind that MOST hospitals, once you're admitted... They don't let you eat.

I didn't have any good in my house when I went into labor. The only place I knew on the way to the hospital was Panera so we went there while I was in labor and got bagels 😂😂 I ate a bagel in the parking lot of the hospital and wasn't interested in food again until hours after my baby was born.

Before I gave birth I went to a breakfast restaurant and ate pancakes with blueberries and whipped cream hahaha

My co worker tried to eat but still was throwing up. She threw up water from eating ice.

My hospital didn't allow any food during labor, and I knew I was getting induced so they told me no eating after midnight the night before 😒
I went over 24 hours with only ice chips. 
Have some protein 😀
