I'm so confused....

Medium to lite bleeding for 2 days And spotting for 6 days, dizzy, a little cramping and started to feel some pressure down there. Negative pregnancy test.. My periods have never ever been this way. Is there a chance I can still be pregnant??? Me and my hubby have been trying.. 😔
