So today my baby didn't poop all day and I'm worried, he doesn't act sick or anything, does anyone know what could it be ?😞😞😞

Answer

Not all babies poop every day. in fact, babies that are breastfed, can go up to 5 days without pooping and it's normal.  Formula fee can go a few days as well.  Every baby is different.  Some poop 4 times a day,  some 1 time,  some every 2 days etc.
If baby is acting and feeling fine,  then it's all good.
Also, to confirm this,  talk to the pediatrician

Mine did.7 days once all to depends really poop is just waste so maybe your lol one is getting the right amount 
My boy was almost every nappy change my girl is only been once a day since  10 days old
