I really need to reach out... I need help.

I need help. With anxiety. I'm having an attack right now as I'm writing this but if I explain everything I'll never calm down. I NEED to know NATURAL ways to help calm anxiety. Everything you know and can think of. No drugs, no marijuana, etc. 
Examples like tea or something I don't know but I need help. They're getting out of control and I always go through them alone and they're very scary to go through. Please help.
