rash or baby acne?

This just showed up overnight, it looks like baby acne but it's just so much overnight

Change baby's bedding or your own bedding...wherever baby sleeps. The detergent or softener or dryer sheets might be acting as an irritant as well. Use a soft cloth and gently clean baby's face twice daily then patting dry.
This should resolve the rash/acne

Your baby looks pretty small for it to be a teething rash. If he was drooling or laying on that side of his face then maybe it's just from added moisture. All my kids have really sensitive skin so we use very mild detergent
