So I work at an assisted living facility for elders. (Not a nursing home) I'm a Med tech there. So today one of my co workers brought her kids in to work. And mind you this girl did everything she was supposed to do while her kids were... mean while my other co work was 3 hours late. She didn't answer her phone when we were calling. I called my boss to let her know my co worker didn't show up and wasn't answering... my boss comes in at 10 and my worker that was late showed up at 10am when at that time there is nothing really to do. Everything is done. So my boss comes in and asks why my co worker her brought her kids , why her kids were here. But didn't say anything to the co worker that was 3 hours late. And then at around 11:30 says she either has to find some one to come pick up her kids or she has to leave. But it's clearly okay for someone to be 3 hours late and not get told anything.
