Do you believe that dreams are also signs??

Question

I had a dream last night that my husband and I had a baby girl. I was too nervous to take a test this morning. One of my apps says my period doesn't start for 2 days but the other says it's two days late. So I don't want to test for a couple more days. What do you think about my dream???

With my first I had 2 dreams the first one I found a positive pregnancy test in my grandmas bathroom when I woke up I went straight to the dollar store boom positive and I had one where I was holding a boy in a car seat and BAM HE'S now 3.5 lol
With my second I had a dream I went to see my ob for blood work. A letter came in the mail and for some reason they had a thing for cars so if the car on the front was blue or pink that's what you were having. Well the car on the front was pink and on the back were my blood results and at the top "girl" was circled.... well SHE will be one on Wednesday lol
I believe my dreams, but I'd don't wanna get anyone hopes up.

Before I knew I was pregnant with my daughter in 2011 I would have vivid dreams where I was holding a baby and playing changing and etc and feb 2011 I went to the hospital for chest pain and the nurse came back and asked did I know I was pregnant but prior to that I was having what I thought was a period but it was implantation bleeding
