Extra stuffy?

For the past week or so I've been extra stuffy! I'm not sick or having allergies or anything but I swear I'm constantly having to blow my nose. Even in the middle of the night. I'm currently 6w3d. Anyone else experiencing this?

Me, me, me!! I've read that it is normal for some women. I have been having to blow my nose frequently and also have been coughing up phlegm.

I've read that allergies get worse in early pregnancy. My allergies haven been significantly worse 😩

Pregnancy congestion is a thing- I had it with my first and it was MISERABLE.  I've never been so congested in my life!  It's wild what hormones do to every part of our bodies.  😂
